  • Mindful Life Yoga for Kids – This method was developed by Kristen Race, Ph.D after extensive research into brain studies and how our brain functions effect our regulation of self and how we learn. For more information go to their Facebook page.

  • LIttle Lotus PDX for Kids – Classes include music, games, and props to entertain and educate. Children will improve strength, flexibility, and coordination… and in the process learn how to focus and center themselves with various breathing and visualization techniques. They will experience concentration, stimulate their imagination and release energy in a fun, safe environment.
